Cancellations within 2 weeks of the party date: The initial deposit is non-refundable.
Cancellations more than 2 weeks before the party date: You may reschedule your party to another available date and time of your choice.
Weather-related cancellations: If weather conditions necessitate cancellation, we will provide a rain check and assist you in rescheduling your party. Please note that we play rain or shine unless unsafe conditions arise.
